2nd day MC at home

today i did nothing except sleeping, mapling and eating.. LOL.. cheese porridge is nice!! Let me share the recipe with you..


Cheese Porridge for 2 ppl


1 cup of rice
Cheese
1 Egg
Salt
Light Soya Sauce
Milk (optional)



1. Boil the rice with water until u could not see any rice grain. It's like outside ppl sell the century egg porridge that type of porridge.. It will taste nicer!



2. Add 1egg, salt, cheese, little bit of light soya sause according to your taste. But i suggest more cheese as it will taste nicer!



3. Add one sadle of milk for more calcium! Do not add too much or it will be too watery..



4. Serve hot with a little bit of pepper..



* You can add potato, carrot or some chicken according to your liking *
