A boy was caught stealing bread and being punished in a cruel way. What is the thinking of the people there? He is just a small boy and it is just a bread. Ok, you might think that it is also a theft act..
But, think again.. Maybe the poor little boy is hungry? Wont it be meaningful if you just give him a warning 1st? or perhaps charge him cheaper for that piece of bread?
