white cockroach?

just found this white cockroach in my toilet. was amazed and i killed it immediately with a spray of pesticide.

i googled it and found this

chey. i tot the roach bleach its skin like michael jackson.. no wonder it was killed immediately. i think it is because the skin is v thin and the poison of pesticide got into it immediately.
