TAXI FARES GOING INCREASE AGAIN!

i was watching the news just now and Comfort taxi is going to change its fare to $2.80 when u step your foot inside the cab. i missed the golden days when the fare started with merely $2.40 and peak hour surcharge $1..

worse, they are going to change the peak hour rate to 35% of your fare! If your ride costs you around $3.50 (because you started with $2.80 you see and the distance travelled rates are increasing too) you need to pay $1.30 of peak hour charge.. It is cheaper compared to the $2 charge now. BUT WHAT IF YOUR DESTINATION IS FUGLY FAR????

take for example if your ride is around $10 = $3.50 peak hour charge! $1.50 more than usual!

They say that it is because nowdays cabby uncles earn litte.. hey, then reduce their car rental lah!

You increased their car rental fee and increase our communters's fare to help them. Why not you charge them cheaper? like $5 lesser per day? Comeon, you have 15,000 cabs under your company.. You just sit back and collect money when the taxi uncles risked their health and chances of being robbed/ people not paying for rides.

and they are urging other companies to increase their fares too~! WTF =.="

Joanna & I went to Raffles MRT to meetup with Estee. Estee brought Joanna to Geek Terminal 1st while i waited for denise & her bf while Jayden came to find me. and when everyone came, we headed to Geek Terminal

and Estee intro us to ToddTodd is damn tall man~! He is like 1.9m and above? i can just lie on his chest while standing.. the feeling is damn cool sia.. haha.. but girls, dream on. he is married =p

so the interview started with huiwen, mr nuffnang , joanna & me. i heard it is going to be show on macdonalds TV next year.. =) catch me there! haha!! You can catch Blogbuzz at http://blogbuzz.tv too.

after that, Estee interviewed the self-claimed most handsome hunk in SG -- Mr Steven Lim and me on the same espiode too~ haha! that means, i am appearing on both espiode!!these 2 are blogshop owners who are my friends now.. wahaha.. i am friendly =) Mr Han & Ms Denise.. they got couple look sia.. so envy of them.. anyway, their blogshop is at http://forhers.blogspot.com . You guys can visit too =) they can be trusted.. I bought items from there and i get them nicely =)Jayden was being interviewed too~ He is the king of photoshop ~!! I wanted to ask him to make my breast in pictures like D cup to put as my header.. LOL..Nadia came too~! she is always so cute no matter which way i look at her.and we pack it a day!Estee said this is girls power! LOL..the whole group! and we headed for dinner nearby. Mr Nuffnang (Ming)! Thanks for the dinner!! It is yummy!! I enjoyed the dinner very much! this is only 2/3 of the food! the rest of the portion are at another table being eaten by Jayden, Huiwen & her bf Glenn and Nadia. After the dinner, joanna & i headed home and her bf Glen joined us at orchard MRT... damn jealous. they are so lovely.. =(

my bf just caused my flu to upgrade to fever. I think i gonna lose my voice because we were shouting at each other even though i am having sorethroat

As promised, i present you the rest of my photos from Mediacorp. I was taking the role as contestant no4, Li Min Min.. i think the name sound so classic.. I realized that everyone is having thick make up because when the camera is shooting you, your face will turn very pale due to the lightings at the studio too. so i present you, YLva with the thickest makeup ever in her life.

thick right? hahahahahaha! i couldn't even tell myself that i am the person in the camera

But it does feel good when you reach mediacorp, there's people who help you to makeup and style your hair. Prepare your clothes for you, giving you tissues when you are having oil on your face, someone to dabao for you and etc.. Normal extras dont enjoy that ok.. But i really can feel how tough it is for those helpers. At least, we can rest. But they seems to be working non-stop.

I would like to thanks Fion for styling my hair, JianTing for helping me dabao.. and the crew that lend me her personal towel for my sports wear shots and those staffs at wardrobe that prepared my clothings and shoes. =) it is nice working with you guys. =D

Vivian is the one who is wearing purple. She is very friendly and cute too~ the 1st girl i took photo with on that day. hahaha...this is Jin Lian. she told me she was a classmate of Celeste Chen & i think they look abit alike. Do all primary school classmate look alike with each other?? Paige Chua with YLva. She is the lead actress of this show debut on 25 feb 2008. I will only appear on 3 Mar 2008 if i didnt count wrongly =) the show name is 新加坡屋顶下. I am not sure if the name is changing or what.

The studio is damn cold i tell you.. You might see that we pose in front of the camera asif we were enjoying. But we are enduring with the cold and the blister caused by the shoes.. It is also tiring to repeat all the catwalks again and again to take many shots of different angle. But the feeling is still enjoyable.. I like it.

After shooting the gown, we shot bikini~!!! and i almost fell while walking catwalk. It was damn paiseh can. It is my 1st time wearing so revealing and i had to borrow a bigger piece of bikini top because i am scare that bf will burst his blood level if he learnt that i wore my 1st bikini not for him.. (partly also because i do not have BIG breast lah~)

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! and i took photos with Fiona Xie too!She is damn cute lah~!! when we were at the artist resting room, the way she talk is really very cute..Wen Yong and meMe & Chen Li PingThis is me with the assistant producer C.C if i am not wrong of her post.. =Pthe DIRECTOR of the show & ME!!!!!!!!!!the rest of the beauties.. =)this is a real flower.. snatched from the props.. hahaha! ok, for the next post, there would be Kelvin Soon from Superstar and Marcus from Campus Superstar..
